Can someone come fix my AC system?

My AC is not working since yesterday i came back from vacation. I submitted a work order yesterday when i hot home, they sent someone but they didn't fix it. I called the company they sent and they told me that more tham likely they couldn't fix it since the price fo fix it was hires than the money property management approves them

Poor service

I was charged somethings that was not there when i moved in.....yes i ticked everything that was on the paper . .. was happy but when i moved out there charged me things that was not on the paper like bathroom keys which was not given, soap holder was not there...meter number card was not given and Dstv plug was not covered. I regreting my self
